This tour is for suitable for more Advanced paddlers (it is recommended that paddlers have completed a 2-3hr paddle before).

We will take a leisurely paddle over to Arne from Hamworthy Park and on to the mouth of the River Frome. From there, we will continue up the river to Wareham Quay. We will stop here for a lunch / refreshment stop and then return with the tide.

This trip can be halved by starting at Wareham Quay instead and continuing to the centre.
