The Open Water Canoe Coach is a course focusing on the what and how to coach, building on your core training in the open water environment.
As an Open Water Coach you need to be able to assess a learners performance and needs, manage safety and design and deliver progressive training sessions.
You will need to complete the British Canoeing prerequisites (elearning or level 2 assessment portfolio case study and workbook).
Open Water Canoe Coach is a 2 day training course and the assessment is a 1 day course.
